About us
SKL Solar Energy Sp. z o. o. is an investment holding company that focuses on the energy sector in the field of renewable energy. Behind the successes of the companies in the SKL Solar group are the people who create it. SKL Solar works with highly qualified people and experienced teams of engineers, financiers and industry specialists. The adopted high management standards allow us to execute contracts and manage companies at the highest level.
SKL Solar Energy continues its acquisition activity. Further investments are to create complementarity of the group and expand the range of its activities in the renewable energy sector.

Maciej Szwajca
In the Energy sector since 2008.
He has many years of practical experience supported by numerous successes in the energy industry. He started his professional career as a Currency Consultant at Euro Consulting & Management Sp. z o. o. In the years 2008-2013 he was associated with the PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna Capital Group, where he gained experience working in the supervisory bodies of the Group companies. In management boards, he conducted effective reorganization and restructuring of entities and operations, and supervised due diligence processes. He effectively redesigned and optimized organizational processes in the Group’s companies.
In the Energy sector since 2008.
He has many years of practical experience supported by numerous successes in the energy industry. He started his professional career as a Currency Consultant at Euro Consulting & Management Sp. z o. o. In the following years, he held positions on the management boards of companies such as Glob Polska Organizacja Odzysku S.A. Carstens & Schues Sp. z o. o.
In the years 2008-2013 he was associated with the PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna Capital Group, where he gained experience working in the supervisory bodies of the Group companies. In management boards, he conducted effective reorganization and restructuring of entities and operations, and supervised due diligence processes. He effectively redesigned and optimized organizational processes in the Group’s companies.
In 2009-2013 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Energo Utech S.A. specialized company in leasing services for the energy and industrial sectors.
In 2013-2015 he was the President of the Management Board of Annacond Enterprises Sp. z o. o. from the ENEA S.A. Capital Group, where he was successfully responsible for restructuring and cost optimization and the process of disinvestment of part of the Company’s shares.
Since 2015, he has been involved in private ventures in the energy and gas industries and biogas. He cooperated with such companies as PG Energy Capital Management Sp. z o.o., ENCO Sp. z o. o. and Gamawind Sp. z o. o. In the last two, he conducted sanation processes and restructuring.
Since 2012, he has been entitled to run for Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies. He is a certified auditor. He completed training in technical analysis of financial markets and risk analysis in internal audit.
He is a graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice, the National Defense University, where he studied post-graduate Security Economics. He completed postgraduate studies in Management organized by the ICAN Institute at Harvard Business School and Executive MBA Studies at the French Institute of Management, receiving a diploma with honors.

A company specializing in engineering technical consulting as well as in the generation, distribution and trade of electricity and gaseous fuels. Its portfolio includes several projects of ground-based photovoltaic and wind power plants at various stages of implementation with a total peak power of over 100MWp.
IG Farm 8 Sp. z o.o.
A special purpose vehicle carrying out a project consisting in the development of a ground-based photovoltaic power plant with a peak capacity of up to 125MWp.
